Courtney is joining us this year as our middle school assistant. She is a native of Smyrna, Georgia. After a stop in Athens (Go Dawgs!) where she met her husband, followed by stints in both south and west Georgia, she made her way back to where her heart is and resides in Smyrna with her husband and their two teenage boys.

Courtney has a passion for middle schoolers and she actively seeks connection with their hearts through understanding the unique challenges they face, joys they embrace and shenanigans they create! She has worked with middle schoolers for 4 years in an administrative role, focusing heavily on working with them on executive functioning and life skills.
